Features and Condition of the Half-Width Obi | Pre-owned/Recycled Half-Width Obi
This is a polyester half-width obi recommended for casual coordination during the lined (awase) and unlined (hitoe) kimono seasons.
The side with the cool-toned rose design features a light gray background. The roses are also designed in shades of black, creating a lovely, simple color scheme.
The reverse side features a design dominated by deep red. It includes lines of varying thickness in a color close to ink-black; the design creates a beautiful, dynamic effect when tied.
Please enjoy pairing it with solid-colored kimonos, komon (patterned kimonos), or tsumugi (pongee).
On the red side, near the leading end, there is a thread pull and what appears to be a fabric flaw, resulting in a white spot.
Additionally, toward the center, there is a stain where the red is slightly darker.
As the area other than the thread pull is quite noticeable, please check the photos before purchasing.
Other than that, it is in good condition and can be fully enjoyed as a recycled item.
While the overall photo is closest to the actual colors, they may appear slightly different depending on your device.
