Right of withdrawal (for EU customers)

A. About the Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order, the period begins on the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are included in this period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by email, chat, or phone using the contact details provided above. You can also do so via the order history page of your account. If you dispatch the notice within the withdrawal period, the period will be deemed to have been observed.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will process the refund after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
