Questions before ordering
As stated on our website’s top page, our store operates exclusively online and we do not have a physical retail shop. The address listed on our site is for our product management warehouse, so visiting in person will not allow you to view the products.
If you would like to confirm the color or condition of an item, please feel free to contact us by phone (+81-75-341-0626), email (yukiwa.kimonoshop@gmail.com), or chat.
You can place orders at Yukiwa without registering as a member.
If you register as a member, we will also provide you with information on special points and coupons.
All you need to do is set your email address and password, so we recommend you register as a member if you don't mind.

At Yukiwa, we only accept orders by phone or email from those who agree to the following conditions.
- Payment must be made within 3 business days of placing your order.
- You must be able to receive your order details via email.
- Can respond to phone enquiries during business hours (weekdays 10am - 5pm).
- Payment methods are bank transfer or cash on delivery only.
*You will need to send us an email to confirm your order details so that we can send you an invoice via email.
At Yukiwa, we accept consultations via chat, email, and phone before purchasing.
For smoother processing, please let us know the model number, which is listed in the "Product Information" section of the product page.
If you have any questions about kimono care, the rank and coordination of Japanese clothing, color and condition, etc., please feel free to contact us.

Questions related to membership registration
When registering as a member, the only information required is the following two items:
email address
Password (set by yourself)
Your membership ID is your registered email address.
If you have forgotten your password, please do the following:
On the "Member Login Screen", click on the message "Forgot your password?" in the password entry field.
You will be redirected to the "Reset Password" page where you will need to enter the email address you used to register.
Then, follow the instructions in the email you receive to proceed.
Questions about tailoring
At Yukiwa, we also offer many items listed with “(Unsewn)” in the product title. On each product page, you will find a note saying “For tailoring, please click here (https://yukiwa-kimonoshop.jp/pages/obi-no-shitate).” If you would like tailoring, please add this option to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
At Yukiwa, we only accept tailoring for obi. We are not currently able to offer tailoring for kimonos, so we kindly ask that you request this service at a nearby kimono shop or tailoring service.
We do not accept tailoring for items brought in by customers. Please note that we only provide tailoring for items (obi only) purchased through the Yukiwa website.
Shipping Questions
At Yukiwa, the shipping fee is 750 yen nationwide (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands).
In addition, if you purchase more than 7,800 yen (tax included) in one purchase, you will receive free shipping or a shipping discount (to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands) .

At Yukiwa, if payment is confirmed by 2pm, orders will be shipped on the same day if same-day delivery is possible.

We accept messages 24 hours a day and will respond during business hours. Please use the gray speech bubble icon at the bottom right of the homepage.
If no delivery date or time is specified, the item will usually be shipped within 2 business days.
However, if products from different stores are being shipped together (such as cash on delivery), it may take more than two business days.
If you specify a delivery date and time, your order will be shipped 3 to 4 business days prior to the specified date.

At Yukiwa, we use Sagawa Express for domestic delivery.
You can search for delivery times on the Sagawa Express website, so please use this as a reference.
However, please note that there may be delays due to traffic conditions, natural disasters, etc., so please consider this information as a guideline only.

*Deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands may be made via Yu-Pack.
At Yukiwa, we protect all of our products in packaging made from OPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene).
In addition, to protect against shocks during shipping, we will secure the products in thick cardboard boxes to prevent them from shifting.
Depending on the situation, we may also send your package in a waterproof delivery bag or padded envelope.
At Yukiwa, we use EMS for overseas shipping, and can ship anywhere within the EMS service area.
However, when shipping overseas, free shipping and discount services based on purchase amount do not apply.

At Yukiwa, we accept cancellations of orders prior to shipping .
You can cancel your order before the shipping notification email is sent.
We try to photograph the product as close to the actual color as possible, but the color may vary depending on the monitor you use and your environment. Therefore, the actual product may differ from the color you expected.
At Yukiwa, we accept consultations via chat, phone, or email before purchasing in order to convey the color as accurately as possible. Please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, most of the products at Yukiwa are second-hand and therefore cannot be returned unless the return conditions are met.
