About product delivery
Regarding delivery timing
After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within two business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) .
*Please note that if you request a specific delivery date and time, it may take more than two business days for your order to be shipped .
About same-day shipping
As a general rule, we aim to dispatch orders that have received payment by 2pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) on the same day .
However, the following items are not eligible for same-day shipping :
- Tailoring of various obi
- Crest insertion/crest replacement
(Tailoring: Approximately 3 weeks, crest engraving: Shipping within approximately 1-2 months)

About product packaging
Each kimono, obi, and other product is carefully packed in cardboard to prevent wrinkles and creases.
If you are only purchasing small items, we will ship them in a padded envelope (by courier, not by mail).
*If you purchase one item, it may be shipped in a wrinkle-resistant delivery bag .
