Cancellation Policy

Details and requests regarding returns

The reused items handled by Yukiwa (hereinafter referred to as our store) are second-hand items or new old items that have been stored for a long time.

Items that are several decades old may show signs of wear and tear due to aging.

Please understand that this is a reused item before purchasing.

We strive to ensure that the product images are as close to the actual product color as possible, but please note that the color may appear differently depending on your device (PC or mobile phone).
We will try to post as many stains and damaged areas as possible, but we may miss some. Please understand that we inspect the items manually.

We accept pre-purchase inquiries via chat, phone, and email, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Regarding return notification and period

Generally, we do not accept cancellations or returns after a product has been shipped due to customer reasons (such as the color being different from the photo or the dimensions not matching). However, we will accept returns only if the reason is due to insufficient information or a misprint on our part, and you contact us by phone, chat, or email within 5 days of receiving the product .

Please ship your return within 3 days of receiving your return notification.

If there is any reason why you are unable to return the product, please contact us in advance. Except in cases where we need more time to return the product due to unavoidable circumstances, we may not be able to process the return if the product is returned without contacting us for more than three days. We appreciate your understanding.

Return conditions

We will refund the full price of the product only if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. Please contact us by email , chat , or phone within 5 days of receiving the product to request a return.
    *If you contact us on weekends, holidays, or outside of business hours, we will respond on the next business day.

  2. For kimono: The obi must not be tied.
    For obi: Not being worn.
    In addition, the shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer .

Cases in which returns cannot be accepted

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:

  • If the return acceptance period has passed
  • If the condition is different from the original when it was shipped
  • If any of the items included at the time of purchase are missing
  • If there are signs of use (such as marks of being tied)
  • If the item is a non-returnable item, such as a lucky bag or set product
  • Damage, soiling, or loss due to natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake
  • If we determine that there is no problem with the quality or functionality
  • Damage or soiling caused by improper use, carelessness or negligence
  • Changes in appearance caused by use (wrinkles, stains, dirt, damage)
  • Products for which processing or tailoring is requested

*We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the products you purchase.
*These regulations do not limit your legal rights.

Cases where you will be responsible for shipping costs

In the following cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return as well as the shipping costs for the original shipment.

If the color or pattern is different from what you expected, or if you have any concerns, please contact us in advance via chat, email, or phone.

[Different sizes]

If the size does not fit, such as the length of the garment or the length of the sleeves, please feel free to contact us via chat, email, or phone if you have any concerns about the size.
