Features and Condition of the Han-haba Obi | Pre-owned/Recycled Han-haba Obi
This is a polyester han-haba obi recommended for casual outfits during the unlined (hitoe) and lined (awase) kimono seasons.
It is an unused item that still has the SEIKO MATSUDA brand tag attached.
As indicated here, the material is 100% polyester.
The black side (kuro-iro) (refer to the standard "Dictionary of Japanese Colors") is designed with a variegated lattice pattern in pale gray.
With a limited color palette and a mature vibe, it is highly recommended for those who prefer a clean, streamlined aesthetic.
The reverse side features a floral pattern on a muted pink base (mukuge-iro / rose of sharon color) (refer to the standard "Dictionary of Japanese Colors"). This side is also very neat as the floral design is in the same color as the background.
It would pair beautifully with an obi clip or an obi accessory.
Please enjoy wearing it with solid-colored kimonos, komon, or tsumugi.
The item is in excellent condition overall with no noticeable stains or dirt, and can be fully enjoyed as a recycled product.
