Features and Condition of the Han-haba Obi | Used/Recycled Han-haba Obi
This is a polyester han-haba (half-width) obi, recommended for casual coordination during the lined (awase) and unlined (hitoe) kimono seasons.
The item features an adorable cat silhouette design on a light gray base (referencing the standard "Dictionary of Japanese Colors").
Many silhouettes are depicted, including cats climbing trees, sitting neatly, and stretching.
The reverse side features a misty pattern woven into a pale cream base (light egg color) (referencing the standard "Dictionary of Japanese Colors").
While this is a reversible item, you will likely find yourself using the cat-patterned side as the main side.
Please enjoy pairing it with solid-colored kimonos (muji), komon, or tsumugi.
There are very faint knotting creases on the ends of the cream-colored side.
Otherwise, the item is in good condition overall with no noticeable stains or dirt, and can be fully enjoyed as a recycled product.
