Characteristics and condition of Fukuro Obi | Used and recycled Fukuro Obi
This is a bag-shaped obi woven primarily with gold thread.
The gold thread used in this design gives the pattern a three-dimensional look, while the background pattern is woven with a blur. It is a classic design, but it also has a Western feel to it, and can be used with a variety of kimonos.
It can be matched with kimonos such as black tomesode, colored tomesode, houmongi, tsukesage, plain-colored kimonos, and plain-looking kimonos.
There are some creases in the plain areas from tying, but it is still perfectly wearable and can be reused.
