Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used and Recycled Nagoya Obi
This is a sheer Nagoya obi, perfect for casual occasions.
Made of polyester, you can wear it with peace of mind even in summer when you tend to sweat, or for dining out or on days when you're worried about the weather.
The main color is white (Shiroiro) (refer to Teihon Wa no Irojiten).
It features a Kenjo pattern woven in, with deep green double stripes (oyako-shima) and alternating narrow and wide stripes (koko-shima).
Bright ochre motifs of a flower plate (hanasara) and a dokko (vajra) are woven into the fabric.
Please coordinate it with iromuji, komon, tsumugi, etc.
It is an open-front obi, so it seems possible to adjust the width to your height.
At over 370 cm, it is long for a Nagoya obi, but since the pattern runs the entire length, it can be worn by people of all heights.
There are no noticeable stains or dirt, and it is in good condition for a recycled item.
