Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used and Recycled Nagoya Obi
This is a sheer Nagoya obi, perfect for casual occasions.
The main color is a muted, deep orange (beniiro) (refer to "Teihon Wa no Iroziten" for color reference).
The pattern, which covers the entire obi, features flowers reminiscent of bellflowers and a flowing water design.
This item has a Nagoya-style finish, giving it a distinctive crispness.
I've described it as Nagoya-style because the part around the waist, from the center plain section to just before the taiko knot, is not sewn (it's too long to be considered a pocket-like finish).
Additionally, the hand-end section is sewn for about 5 cm of the folded-in part, but the hand-end itself is not sewn closed.
