Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used and Recycled Nagoya Obi
A ro-weave Nagoya obi, perfect for casual occasions.
The main color is a pale bluish-purple with a hint of gray (a gray-toned version of "tan-shishoku" or pale purple; *refer to Teihon Wa no Iro Jiten).
This summer obi has a beautiful sheer quality, featuring cloud-like patterns and star-shaped motifs.
The pattern extends over six panels (rokutsu-gara), and it is tailored in the matsuba style.
It may be difficult to tell from the photos, but it is stored in the same shape as it was tied by its previous owner (Nagoya tailoring style).
The ends of the ties and a short length from the triangular part above the taiko knot are sewn, but the rest of the waist area is open.
There are no problems with wearing it, but please check the photos.
Please coordinate it with iromuji, komon, tsumugi, etc.
There are faint stains about 15 cm from the end of the tare and around the stomach area, but otherwise there are no noticeable stains or dirt, making it perfectly usable as a recycled item.
The overall photo shows the closest representation of the color, but it may vary slightly depending on your device.
