Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used/Recycled Nagoya Obi
This is a sheer Nagoya obi, recommended for casual occasions.
The main color is a dark navy with a hint of green (tetsukon-iro, or iron navy) (based on Teihon Wagami no Iro Jiten).
It's a beautiful sheer summer obi, and thanks to the white obi core, it feels very bright.
The accent patterns are teacups and tea scoops used in tea ceremony.
On the front part, a single teacup is designed on both sides.
It is tailored in the Nagoya style, and while the obi core itself is not particularly stiff, the obi has a firm feel.
Please coordinate it with iromuji, komon, tsumugi, etc.
There is a stain on the obi core near the taiko, and perhaps due to frequent wear, there are noticeable creases from wear on the waist area and the upper part of the taiko.
Other than that, there are no noticeable issues, and it is a perfectly usable item as a recycled product.
