Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used/Recycled Nagoya Obi
This Nagoya obi is recommended for semi-formal coordination.
The ground color is a luxurious gradation centered around a subdued gold.
Pampas grass and floral patterns are woven in as a focal point on the otaiko (drum knot).
The front part (around the abdomen) also features the same design as the otaiko.
The eye-catching accents of orange and green are beautiful.
It is a Nagoya-tailored obi with a pleasant firmness and a substantial weight.
Please coordinate and wear it with iromuji, komon, tsumugi, or light tsukesage.
The item is in generally good condition, and the minor scuffs on the unpatterned inner part are not very noticeable.
No significant stains or dirt are found, making it perfectly wearable as a recycled item.
However, it has a slight, unique dust-like odor. Those sensitive to smells should be aware.
