Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used/Recycled Nagoya Obi
This Nagoya obi is recommended for casual occasions.
The base color is a pale beige (ecru) (※refer to Teihon Wa no Iroziten).
Purple and light blue flowing lines on a brown gradient.
Emerging from dark green vertical lines that tighten the overall impression are fluffy horizontal lines in blue, pink, green, and purple.
This is a stylish obi with a very interesting use of colorful hues and unique movement in each part.
The pattern covers six areas (rokutsu) and it is tailored in the matsuba style.
Some width adjustment is possible to suit your height.
Please also enjoy the rough texture of the Tsumugi fabric and its substantial weight.
Coordinate it with iromuji (plain colored kimono) or komon (kimono with small repeating patterns).
There are wear wrinkles on the tegaki (hand part) and a crease mark from being folded in half towards the mae-bara (front belly).
Otherwise, the overall condition is very good, with no stains or dirt, making it perfectly wearable as a recycled item.
