Characteristics and condition of Homongi and Tsukesage | Second-hand and recycled kimonos

This is a Daiomatsu visiting kimono that is useful for formal occasions.

The kimono has a grey (kumoinezuiro) (see the Definitive Japanese Color Dictionary) background and is decorated with large pine trees, giving it an elegant feel.

The Daiomatsu is said to be the king of pine trees, and is a very auspicious pattern that represents "immortality and longevity" and "eternal youth."

A pale-colored obi gives a soft and gentle look, while a dark-colored obi can also be coordinated for a stylish look.

You can also enjoy coordinating it with geometric patterns and modern obi.

There are no stains or dirt, and it is an unused item with basting thread still attached, so you can fully enjoy it as a reused item.

The colour is closest to what you see in the overall photo, but it may vary slightly depending on the device you are using.

Please note that there is no quality label, so we cannot tell you the content percentage, etc.
