Characteristics and condition of Fukuro Obi | Used and recycled Fukuro Obi
This is a fukuro obi for a furisode, with a red and green color scheme featuring gold thread as the main color.
The combination of the base color woven with gold thread and the pattern woven with red and green threads creates an appearance reminiscent of braided cord.
Although it is mainly worn with furisode, this fukuro obi is also useful in formal situations, such as with plain-colored or plain-looking kimonos.
There are some creases in the plain areas, but it is still perfectly wearable and can be reused.
