Features and Condition of the Irotomesode

This is a Kyo-yuzen Irotomesode (colored formal kimono) in a brownish hue (ume-cha color, as referenced in the "Teihon Wa no Iro Jiten" dictionary of traditional Japanese colors), featuring a single "Tsuru no Maru" (crane in a circle) family crest.

The patterns of historical figures and landscapes are depicted using Yuzen dyeing and gold leaf techniques.
The fabric features a subtle "sayagata" (interlocking fret) and floral damask pattern that provides a lustrous sheen depending on how the light hits it, making this an elegant piece despite its understated color palette.

It is lined (awase), making it suitable for weddings, receptions, various ceremonies, parties, and tea gatherings.

While there are some folding creases overall, the item is in good condition and perfectly suitable for wearing.
Please also check the product images for the condition.

The colors in the full-body photos are closest to the actual item, but they may appear different depending on your device or viewing environment.

Please note that there is no material label, so the exact composition cannot be verified.
