Fukuro Obi Features and Condition
This is a fukuro obi featuring a traditional pattern on a Seigaiha wave motif, woven in a bright pink hue (Hitoeume-iro) (refer to the Standard Dictionary of Japanese Colors).
The Seigaiha motif is designed with auspicious and traditional patterns, including a gold background, small floral designs, Takarasakushi (treasure-filled), and Nejiume (twisted plum blossoms).
Please wear it with a furisode.
The lining is also a beautiful pink, so it is also perfect for intentionally displaying it with a decorative knot.
It seems suitable to pair not only with simple black or white furisode, but also with yellow, green, light blue, and other colors.
There are traces of wear in the plain middle section, as well as several small stains.
There is also some fraying at the closure, but it will not be visible once the obi is tied.
It is an item that can be fully utilized as a pre-owned product, but please also check the product images for its condition.
