Characteristics and condition of Fukuro Obi | Used and recycled Fukuro Obi
This product is a bag-shaped obi made by Shiraayaen Oba and recommended for formal occasions.
On a beige (yellow-sunflower grey) background (see the Definitive Japanese Color Dictionary), patterns of treasures, Kanze Stream, boats, pine trees, wisteria flowers, and more are woven.
The phoenix mark (bird mark) visible on the inside of the tape is a registered trademark that Hakuryoen Ohba has used since its founding, and was created with the phoenix as a motif.
Obata's work is characterized by bold designs and color schemes that catch the viewer's eye.
They continue to produce unique designs, and make obi for a variety of occasions, from formal tea ceremonies to tsumugi, plain-colored kimono, formal kimono, tomesode, and furisode.
This obi can be worn with kimonos such as black tomesode, colored tomesode, furisode, as well as houmongi, tsukesage, and plain-colored kimonos.
The opening at the end of the sauce is slightly open, but it is still perfectly usable as a reused item. Please check before purchasing.
The colour is closest to the overall photo, but may vary slightly depending on the device you are using.
