Features and Condition of the Han-haba Obi | Pre-owned/Recycled Han-haba Obi
This polyester han-haba (half-width) obi is recommended for casual outfits during the unlined and lined kimono seasons.
The base is a bright gray (pale ink color) (*refer to the Standard Dictionary of Japanese Colors) with a lovely, flowing design that could be interpreted as either flowing water or suminagashi (marbled) patterns, incorporating pink tones as well.
The reverse side features a deep gray (oxidized silver color) (*refer to the Standard Dictionary of Japanese Colors) base with numerous small dots resembling an arare (hailstone) pattern.
Because of its simple, monochromatic design, it works well to add an accent color with your accessories.
Please enjoy pairing it with solid-colored kimonos, komon, or tsumugi.
There are two light brown stains near the center of the side that includes pink.
They are relatively noticeable given the color scheme, so please check the photos carefully before purchasing.
Other than that, there are no noticeable stains or blemishes, and it can be enjoyed fully as a recycled item.
The overall photo is the closest to the actual color, though it may vary slightly depending on your device.
