Features and Condition of the Half-Width Obi | Pre-owned/Recycled Half-Width Obi
This half-width obi is recommended for casual outfits during the lined (awase) and unlined (hitoe) kimono seasons.
The base is a bright reddish-brown (shojo-cha color) (*referencing "Teihon Wa no Iro Jiten" / Standard Dictionary of Japanese Colors), featuring bright beige stripes and a variety of flowers.
The other side features two background patterns: a muted yellowish-green (kuchiba color) (*referencing "Teihon Wa no Iro Jiten") with a reddish-brown hemp leaf pattern, and a deep brown (mokuran color) (*referencing "Teihon Wa no Iro Jiten") with a dotted pattern reminiscent of shibori.
Over this, a multitude of flowers in the same style as the opposite side are designed.
The obi has a very soft texture, perfect for creating a charming, fluid silhouette.
Overall, the item is in good condition with no noticeable stains or dirt, and can be fully enjoyed as a recycled product.
