This is an unstitched Hanhaba obi that can be used with casual kimonos such as yukata, komon, and tsumugi.

This obi was made in Hakata, Chikuzen, a renowned production area.

The material is, of course, pure silk, and

it is a thin, single-layer Hakata obi, not a type with a lining that forms a bag.

The ends are also not hemmed.

You can finish it yourself or take it to your nearest kimono shop for assistance.

On a black ground, the "Dokko" pattern, one of the classic Kenjo patterns of Hakata-ori, is woven in the same black color.

This product is free of stains or dirt and can be fully enjoyed as a pre-owned item.

The length of the product is measured from where the pattern is clearly visible, excluding a few centimeters at both ends including the tag sticker part.

The color in the overall photo is the closest representation, but it may vary slightly depending on your device.

Please note that the fiber content cannot be determined as there is no quality label.
