This product is a bag-shaped obi recommended for formal occasions.
The grey (lead-coloured) background with gold threads creates a gentle and warm atmosphere.
It is a gorgeous design that features an abstract pattern in pink gold with gold paint and mother-of-pearl inlay.
When light hits this pattern, it glows yellow to orange or blue to yellow-green depending on the angle you look at it from, which is very beautiful.
It can be worn to resemble many different things, such as Japanese pampas grass in autumn or illuminated street trees in winter.
Gold leaf processing is a traditional craft that uses adhesive processing to decorate items using gold, silver, and other foils and metal powders.
Mother-of-pearl work is a meticulous craft in which plates of material cut from the iridescent mother-of-pearl layer inside a shell are attached to the surface.
This is a luxurious obi that combines two different craftsmanship techniques.
Additionally, the pattern on the stomach area has been rotated so that when the obi is tied, the geometric design faces straight up, which is another great feature.
