Characteristics and condition of Fukuro Obi | Used and recycled Fukuro Obi
This is a gorgeous obi with a diamond pattern woven using gold threads of different tones.
The background is white with a tatewaku pattern woven using subtle gold thread.
It goes well with formal kimonos such as Homongi, Tsukesage, and Iromuji,
I think this is an obi that can be tied with a tomesode or iro-tomesode.
The pattern runs all the way through, but it's not as heavy as it looks and is relatively easy to tie.
There are no stains or noticeable dirt, so it is perfectly wearable and can be reused.
