There is a whale's eye in the center of the drum part and a whale's tail on the belly part, so at first glance it may be difficult to tell what the pattern is.
This might be truly stylish.
The beautiful background color, which expresses the light and shades of the deep sea, is created using the hikihaku technique.
Hikihaku is a technique in which patterns are created by layering gold and silver foil on Japanese paper that has been coated with lacquer and sealed.
