This stencil-dyed Nagoya obi is recommended for casual occasions such as walking around town, going to cafes, and casual outings.
The background is a gradation of beige and red, and auspicious patterns such as butterflies, pine, bamboo, and plum are dyed using stencil dyeing.
The pattern runs all the way around, and it's an obi that is just the right amount of stiff but not heavy, making it easy to use.
You can enjoy a wide range of combinations with this kimono, such as coordinating it with a dark-colored kimono to create a dress-like look, or pairing it with a light-colored kimono to create an outfit that enjoys the contrast between the light and dark shades.
