This is a fukuro obi recommended for semi-formal outfits.
This "Mugetsu" obi has a geometric pattern woven with ribbon embroidery on a black (kuroiro) background (see the Definitive Japanese Color Dictionary).
This "Mugetsu" piece is characterized by the technique of making loops of thread from Amami Oshima and sewing it to the obi fabric using a special method.
This is an obi with a stylish atmosphere.
The back side is gold threaded.
There is also a signature on the back. Please check the photo.
Please wear it with a formal kimono, a formal kimono, or a plain-colored kimono.
There are some creases from wear on the back from the fingertips to the front of the abdomen, but there are no visible stains or dirt, so it is still in good condition to be worn as a reused item.
