Characteristics and condition of Fukuro Obi | Used and recycled Fukuro Obi
This is a fukuro obi woven using only one color of thread, giving it a unique look.
The color of this obi is a reddish brown, with a light and clear color.
The woven patterns include botanical motifs such as Sasaya Paulownia, irises, and plum blossoms, as well as patterns resembling rocks and clouds.
Each pattern is a little large and there are lots of them.
We recommend coordinating it with stylish kimonos such as plain-colored kimonos and tsumugi kimonos.
If you combine it with a kimono in pale colors like pastel colors, it may create a slightly dull look.
It seems like it would be easier to coordinate with darker colored kimonos.
The pattern runs throughout, it is relatively light and very soft to the touch.
There are no stains or noticeable dirt, so it is perfectly wearable and can be reused.
