Characteristics and condition of Fukuro Obi | Used and recycled Fukuro Obi
This obi has a very elegant feel, with a soft gold background and a faint mountain-like pattern in light blue, pink, and purple.
This is an obi that can be worn at any time in formal situations.
For a party at a hotel, pairing it with a simple formal kimono or plain-colored kimono would create a very glamorous look, and it would also look good coordinated with a komon kimono with lots of patterns.
It can be worn with a wide range of kimonos, so having one on hand will likely prove to be a very useful obi.
There are some clear traces of where the garment was folded in half around the waist, as well as some creases from where it was tied, so we have rated it as an A-rank item, but there are no visible stains or visible dirt, so it is perfectly wearable and can be reused.
